clean room good selection
My room was VERY clean, the bed felt comfy, and I had a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and mineral water. The bathroom was also nice and clean. The heating worked WELL, and I felt secure, with a key fob to access the bedrooms from the bar and hotel reception area.
The pool was not part of the inn business. It was UNAVAILABLE, and this was like false advertising.

persistent noise missed opportunity
The room was excellent, the showroom too.
A noise persisted, preventing restful sleep. I requested a discount, staying three nights while paying for two, in consideration of the disturbance. This proposal received no response, a missed opportunity for mutual benefit, as i spent a night sleepless.
